Join me Saturday March 29 for a camera 101 workshop! This Louisville photography workshop will have you shooting manual and rocking your images by then end of the day!
We will start the day promptly at 3:00pm with a relaxing chat about each of your photography goals. After we’ve taken a moment to get to know each other and become more comfortable, we will discuss aperture, ISO, shutter speed, lens selection, white balance, and so much more.
Each of our topics will be covered in depth and explained to help you gain a better understanding of how to work your camera.
I’m a firm believer that you learn through doing, so we will move on to photographing a live model. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions while we are shooting, interact with each other, and try out the new things you learned about in our discussion. This model shoot is not for me, so while I’ll have my gear there with me to help demonstrate, you will not be fighting me for time with the model. Besides, that would just be rude of me.
After we’ve completed the model shoot, we will sit back down together and finish up with a discussion about what you’ve learned, revisit some of the things you may have questions about, and take a quick peek at some of your images from the day.
Doesn’t that sound like so much fun?
This workshop is designed to help you learn the basics of shooting manual, working with the equipment you have, help you learn how to select equipment that is the right fit for your needs, and teach you how to capture great everyday images.
